To install GuestWho:

1. Unpack the tarball (tar/gz) to your document root.
2. Run "sh fix-permissions.sh" from inside the directory you unpacked to.
3. Verify GuestWho is running by typing this into your browser:
	http://www.yoursite.com/guestwho-2.1/
